Blayne Rush is the president of Ambulatory Alliances, a boutique investment banking and strategic advisory firm. With over fifteen years of experience in healthcare, he has considerable expertise in the areas of strategic planning, operations, business transactions, acquisitions, complex negotiations, and financial analysis.
Blayne has over nine years of experience working exclusively in the radiation oncology marketplace, and has completed acquisition searches for over two-hundred different healthcare clients ranging from physician-owned cancer centers to large corporations that focus in the oncology market. He has developed deep and wide strategic relationships and has contacts in virtually every radiation oncology organization throughout North America. Recognized by his peers as the ‘go to guy’ when business deals stall, Blayne prides himself on his ability to find a creative solution to complex deals. |
An avid reader and student, Blayne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Masters in Health Promotions from McNeese State University where he was a four-year starter and a two-time All-American on the nationally ranked football team. Blayne also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Amber University and has completed graduate coursework in Mediation and Advanced Negotiations at Southern Methodist University. He has also completed coursework in Finance, Investments and Real Estate, and is a credentialed mediator, arbitrator and Real Estate Broker. He is a FINRA registered Investment Banker having passed the Investment Banking Representative Qualification exams (series 79 and 63).
